1. Eligibility for Returns

  • We accept returns for items that are defective, damaged, or if you received the incorrect item.
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Undergarments, and swimwear for hygienic reasons.
  • Items that have been personalized, customized, or altered.
  • Accessories such as hats, and hair accessories.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at Hemera.co2024@gmail.com to request a return authorization.
  • Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s).

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
  • If your return is rejected, we will provide you with an explanation and return the item(s) to you.

5. Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect item).
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
